Terms and Conditions
for the vacation rental “3 Dimensions”
Host: Jendrik Müller 

1. Booking and Contract:
A binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the host upon completion of the booking process via our website. 

2. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made no later than one day after arrival.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, Pay Now, Apple Pay. 

3. Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to one week before arrival.
If cancelled less than one week before arrival: 50 % refund for all nights except the first night
No refund for the first night and the service fee 

4. Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in: from 5:00 PM Check-out: until 1:00 PM 

5. House Rules:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Quiet hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Pets are not allowed
No parties or events
Smoking is not permitted
Commercial photo and video shoots are allowed 

6. Liability:
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or inventory. The host assumes no liability for personal belongings brought by guests. 

7. Data Privacy:
Personal data will be used solely for booking purposes. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy on the website.
